MoveBase does not sell your personal information. We may share limited details with payment processors, accounting/invoicing platforms, communication providers, insurers, advisers, regulators or assistants where reasonably necessary for the job or legally required.

4. Storage and security

Information may be stored in secure email, booking, messaging, accounting and cloud systems. Access is limited to operational needs, with reasonable protections such as access controls and secure services.

5. Retention

We keep records only as long as needed for service delivery, tax, insurance, legal obligations, warranties, disputes or business records, then securely delete or de-identify where practicable.

6. Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion where legally permissible. We may need to verify your identity and may be required to retain some records for legal or tax reasons.

7. Photos and social media

Photos may be used for quoting, quality control or proof of work. Marketing use of identifiable photos is only with clear consent. Public reviews or comments may be responded to or used consistently with platform rules.
