Applies to same-day/<12-hour requests, after-hours starts, weekends, and public holidays. Start-time rules apply and rush may stack on non-regular days.
Applies per excess load when waste exceeds standard vehicle capacity or goes beyond included packaging removal.
Out-of-zone / extended travel is owner-approved and custom quoted (the $60 cap does not apply).

Standard hours are 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Saturday is limited by discretion, and Sunday requests require manual approval.
Changes over 24 hours are usually fee-free. Late changes (3-24 hours) may incur up to 50%, and inside 3 hours or post-dispatch may be treated as up to 100%.
Cancellations under 24 hours, no-access arrival, no-show, or cancellations after work begins may incur fees under policy.
We follow Australian Consumer Law for refunds and remedies.
