Customer-facing prices are shown as simple “from” prices. Final quotes depend on job scope, travel, access, stairs, parking, item size, item weight, handling difficulty, disposal costs, urgency and whether additional personnel are required.
Simple From Pricing
Call-Out Minimum
from $120
Site attendance, very short jobs, failed access, no-shows, unsafe areas, cancelled-on-arrival jobs or jobs unable to proceed due to customer-side issues.
Small Jobs
from $180
Straightforward pickup/delivery, small assembly, appliance placement, rubbish or packaging removal, simple setup or short transport work.
Standard Jobs
from $280
Larger items, multiple items, longer travel, heavier handling, stairs, placement, setup, installation or more involved assembly.
Half-Day Jobs
from $450
Multi-item delivery, larger assembly, commercial furniture, rubbish runs, property setup or combined delivery and installation work.
Full-Day Jobs
from $750
Commercial fit-outs, property setup, multi-stop work, large rubbish removal, complex installations or jobs requiring most of the day.
Additional Person
from +$120
Applies where safe handling, stairs, heavy lifting, item size, access or job scope requires a second person. Larger two-person jobs are quoted individually.
Rush / Same-Day Work: from +$50 where urgent scheduling, same-day attendance or priority booking is requested.
Travel, Access & Disposal
Travel
Local travel may be included. Additional travel may apply for longer distances, regional jobs, difficult access, paid parking, tolls, multiple stops or extended driving time.
Access
Quotes assume standard access unless stated otherwise. Stairs, no lift, long carries, difficult parking, tight hallways, steep driveways or waiting time may increase price.
Disposal
Rubbish removal is quoted by volume, weight, handling time, access, travel and disposal costs. Tip fees, recycling fees and special disposal may be added.
Booking & Payment
Quotes are based on the information, photos and access details provided. If the job differs from what was described, MoveBase may revise the quote before proceeding. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are GST-inclusive unless stated otherwise.
